1. In a crock pot, add in the chicken breasts, chicken bouillon cubes, potatoes, onion, green bell pepper, celery, tomatoes, mushrooms, sugar, chili powder and pepper.


2. In a mixing bowl, mix well and combine the water and cornstarch.


3. Stir the mixture into the crock pot. Cover nad let it cook for 10 hours on low heat.


4. Serve as it is or serve over cooked rice or noodles.
